This site collects very little. Here is exactly what, why, and how to get rid of it.

Who we are
This website is operated by Ozelea Tech Pvt Ltd (“Ozelea”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described below. You can reach us at admin@ozelea.com.
What we collect
What you send us through the contact form. Your name, your email address, and a description of what you are building. If you choose to fill them in, also a phone or WhatsApp number, an indicative budget and a timeline. Those three are optional and the form works without them.
Anything you put in the message. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.
Your IP address, very briefly. When you submit the form, your IP address is held in the server’s memory for a short period so that the same address cannot submit the form repeatedly. It is not written to a database, and it is discarded when the period elapses or the server restarts.
Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary technical information about requests — IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time. This is normal infrastructure logging and we do not use it to build any profile of you.
What we do not collect
We think this list matters more than the one above.
- No cookies. This site sets none. That is why you were not asked to accept any.
- No analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking product.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing here follows you to other websites.
- No third-party embeds. No social feeds, no chat widgets, no external fonts. Everything on the page is served from this domain.
- We never sell or rent your information. To anyone, for any purpose.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use what you send through the form for one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes that way, to discuss and carry out work for you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we will not send you marketing you did not ask for.
Where data protection law requires us to identify a legal basis, we rely on your request that we take steps prior to entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and in keeping the form from being abused.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to operate the site and deliver your message:
- Our email provider transmits the form submission to our inbox, and our email host stores it there.
- Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps the technical logs described above.
These providers process the information on our behalf, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Because they operate internationally, your information may be processed outside the country you are in. We do not otherwise share, sell or disclose it, except where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted from our inbox within twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, we keep the correspondence for as long as we are working together and afterwards for as long as we need it for our records and legal obligations.
The rate-limiting record of your IP address is discarded within minutes. Hosting logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we are using it, or to have it sent to someone else.
Email admin@ozelea.com and we will action it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason to ask for deletion. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted over that connection. No website can promise perfect security, but we keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we start collecting something new — analytics, a booking embed, a chat widget — we will update this page and change the date at the top before doing so.
